Responsibilities :

• Sales experience in Joinery and fit-out works decoration (such as Wooden Kitchens, Doors, Cabinets & Cladding).
• Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
• Maintain client database for follow-up processes.
• Able to communicate with the Design Dept, Estimation Dept, and Production Dept to ensure all customer requirements are met.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identifying and exceeding the needs of clients by providing in-depth advice and service.
• Introduce and present the company’s products to customers and prospects.
• Provide additional support to other departments especially aftersales.

Qualifications :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• The ability to learn technical information to non-technical
• The ability to work for outdoor sales
• Good in problem-solving
• Very good in English
• Kuwaiti Driving license
• Kuwaiti valid residency
